Welcome back to our series of blog posts documenting the remarkable refurbishment journey of a three-storey, four-bedroom Victorian townhouse on the beautiful Isle of Wight.

At Jeelek Ltd, we pride ourselves on our close collaboration with clients to bring their dream homes to life. In this article, we'll explore the conversion of a tired double bedroom into a luxurious en-suite bathroom and dressing room for the master bedroom.

Once again, our team worked hand-in-hand with the client to understand their vision for this space. The goal was to create a modern bathroom that exuded elegance and luxury while adhering to the highest specifications. To achieve this, we started with a blank canvas, carefully planning the layout and design to ensure optimal functionality and aesthetic appeal.

One of the elements of this transformation was the installation of new wiring to accommodate various lighting options, including task lighting, ambient lighting, and accent lighting. Our expert electricians from Jeelek Ltd meticulously planned and executed the electrical installation, ensuring a seamless integration with the overall design.

To provide both warmth and style, we incorporated dual fuel radiators into the design. These radiators not only serve the practical purpose of heating the space efficiently but also add a touch of sophistication. Additionally, under-floor heating was installed to create a cosy and luxurious feel underfoot.

Jeelek Ltd project-managed this conversion would like to acknowledge the exceptional skill and craftsmanship of our trusted contractors, who played a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Paul Johnson of victoriantiling.com for his outstanding tiling work, which added a stunning visual element to the bathroom. Every tile was carefully selected and meticulously laid to create a harmonious and visually pleasing aesthetic.

A&B Plumbing & Heating, known for their expertise and professionalism, were responsible for the plumbing aspects of the project. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality ensured that every fixture and fitting was flawlessly installed, contributing to the overall functionality and beauty of the space.

Pat Walsh, our go-to plasterer and cornice expert, worked diligently to transform the walls and ceilings into pristine surfaces. His craftsmanship and attention to detail brought elegance and charm to the room, elevating it to new heights.

Finally, Dave Schaffer, our talented decorator, added the finishing touches that truly brought the space to life. His expertise in ensuring a seamless finish created an inviting and stylish ambiance in the en-suite bathroom and dressing room.

As part of Jeelek Ltd's commitment to excellence, we are proud to have collaborated with these highly skilled contractors, each bringing their unique expertise to the project. It is through this close collaboration and attention to detail that we were able to surpass our client's expectations and create a space that truly reflects their vision.

Stay tuned for the next installment in our series, where we will delve into the transformation of other areas of this magnificent Victorian townhouse. From the careful restoration of period features to the creation of contemporary living spaces, Jeelek Ltd is dedicated to making dreams a reality.
