Do you price day rate or fixed?
I offer clear fixed prices for defined scopes, and day/half-day rates for diagnostics or open-ended works.
Can you attend while we’re on site?
Yes. I’ll coordinate start/finish times to suit your schedule and your client.
Do you supply materials?
Yes — I can supply controls, stats, RCBOs, LEDs and accessories, or fit client-supplied parts if they’re compliant.
Will you commission Hive for the client?
Yes. I’ll install, pair devices and run through basic operation so handover is smooth.
Do you handle certification?
Yes — testing and the right NICEIC paperwork are included where required.
Can you help with older systems?
Often, yes. I’m experienced with legacy wiring and can advise the safest upgrade path if needed.
